These terms apply to quotations, orders, and sales of traffic safety products
supplied by AoLun Traffic Equipment Co., Ltd. through www.aoluntraffic.com.

1. Quotations
Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise and are valid for 30 days
unless the quotation says otherwise. Prices exclude import duties and taxes
in the destination country.

2. Orders
An order is confirmed when we receive your written confirmation and the
agreed deposit. Minimum order quantities may apply and are stated on each
quotation.

3. Payment
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance paid before shipment,
unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Production and Delivery
Lead time is confirmed on each order and is counted from receipt of the
deposit and approval of artwork or samples. Shipping terms are as stated on
the quotation (for example FOB Ningbo or Shanghai). Risk passes according to
the agreed Incoterms.

5. Samples
Sample fees are normally charged and may be refunded against a bulk order as
stated on the quotation.

6. Quality and Claims
Products are manufactured to the specification confirmed on the order. If you
believe goods do not conform, notify us within 30 days of receipt with photos
and inspection details, and we will assess and, where justified, replace or
credit the affected goods.

7. Intellectual Property
Customer logos, artwork, and specifications remain the customer’s property.
We will not disclose your designs to third parties and we do not sell your
branded products to other buyers without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied in
that order.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
